Headbands are a great way to accessorize for Halloween!  Even simple Swiss dots make a huge statement.  Your choice of grosgrain is beautifully wrapped on a flexible u-band.  You can also attach my Petite Bows and Tuxedo Bows to these for a completely different look.  An optional Velcro liner keeps the headband in place for girls with fine hair.  All ends are heat sealed to prevent fraying.
